Culinary Course - Level 1/Level 2
Number of lessons:
This course will help you to improve your culinary skills and knowledge in the following modules: pastries, yeast products, finger foods, Nigerian, continental and basic cake making techniques, and basic cake decorating. The course combines demonstrations, hands-on learning, and lectures. You can attend each module separately, with a course fee adjustment. This course prepares for you to register and receive National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), programme unit certification.
